What is Dyspraxia?

Employees with dyspraxia are often excellent speakers and trainers. Individuals with dyspraxia are often highly creative and will think differently to the majority of employees, bringing a refreshing perspective to a workplace.

Employees with dyspraxia can have difficulties with physical coordination, judging distance or space and managing social and sequencing skills. In the workplace, this could manifest as making errors when inputting data, not dressing smartly, or having difficulties with timekeeping and keeping a tidy desk space.
